On-Site Resident Manager - Nord ave apartments

This position requires you to live on-site and perform the everyday duties of a professionally managed 37 unit apartment community located at 346 Nord Ave. in Chico, CA.

Job duties include: Marketing and touring available apartments with potential residents, processing rental applications: preparing legal notices/contracts: handling all resident requests and concerns including maintenance issues; performing move in and move out inspections; providing weekly reports to Property Manager; and maintaining a clean and well cared community grounds.

Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am - 2pm. There are also monthly training meetings and workshops. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.

Compensation is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment and you are required to live on-site.

No smoking on property and 1 small pet allowed.

Leasing Manager

Job duties include: General responsibility for marketing and leasing residential properties in the Chico area; posting and performing home tours; processing rental applications; creating lease agreements; maintaining a positive social media presence; responding to rental inquires by email, call, text and in person; attending housing fairs; assisting in planning marketing campaigns and performing move in inspections as needed.

Applicants must have a clean DMV and criminal history and pass a drug screen. Reliable cell phone and vehicle required (mileage is reimbursed).

Schedule is Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm in the main Entwood Chico office. Compensation is $18.00 per hour plus vision, dental and Aflac benefit options.

California Real Estate License preferred
