Job duties include: marketing and touring homes with potential residents, processing rental applications: preparing legal notices/contracts: handling all resident requests and concerns; and general assistance to the Property Manager for maintaining a portfolio of 150+ single family homes and multi-family communities in the Chico area within a 3 mile radius of Chico State University.

Applicant must have clean DMV and criminal history and pass drug screen. Working vehicle required (mileage is reimbursed).

Current California Real Estate license required!

Starting hourly pay range is $13.00-$15.00 with medical, vision, dental and Aflac options. Position is 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm in the main Entwood Chico office.

on-site resident manager - the urban

This position requires you to live on-site and perform the everyday duties of a professionally managed luxury student community. The community has 36 townhomes (108 individually leased bedrooms) and is located at 1033 W. 5th St. in Chico.

    Job duties include: marketing and touring available homes with potential residents, processing rental applications: preparing legal notices/contracts: handling all resident requests and concerns including maintenance issues; performing move in and move out inspections; providing weekly reports to Property Manager; and maintaining a clean and well cared community grounds.

Schedule is 15 hours per week during fall-spring and may increase to 20 hours in the summer. There are also monthly training meetings and workshops. Current schedule needed is Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with 5 hours per day. Exact hours on daily schedule are flexible. Manager must be able to move on-site within 2 weeks of hire.

Compensation is $14.00 per hour with dental, vision and Aflac benefit options. Please note that you will be required to live on-site in an individually leased single bedroom with a rental rate of $825.00 per month and will share common areas (such as kitchen) with 2 other roommates. No smoking allowed on property.

Compensation is a 1 bedroom apartment (450 sq. ft) including internet, basic cable and gas. Please note that you will be required to live on-site while working out of your apartment. No smoking or pets allowed.
